Delivery Information
When we accept your order, we aim to deliver your product(s) within the timescales outlined below. When buying online, you can request products be delivered to an address of your choice in Singapore. Some offers and promotions may have different delivery timescales, which will be outlined in the terms and conditions for each promotion. If you have any questions regarding your order, email us at sales@tesvila.com.sg or call +65 8189 5198. Products will sometimes arrive separately, but you won’t incur any additional delivery charges. If you’ve ordered an item that won’t be available for more than a week, it will be dispatched by your chosen method once available. We’ll confirm by email once your order has been dispatched. We reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure (e.g. a communal postal address or PO Box). If this impacts your order, we’ll notify you as soon as possible. If no-one is in when the courier calls, they’ll leave an “Absent” card with instructions on how to arrange a second delivery, at no additional cost. However, additional charges may apply on the third delivery attempt.
Delivery timescales: Tesvila machines, accessories and spare parts
- We offer free shipping for all orders in Singapore.
- Order before 06:00 pm on weekdays and, subject to availability, we’ll dispatch your products the same day for next-day delivery.
- Our delivery window is from 09.00am – 06.00pm on weekdays, and 09.00am – 01.00pm on Saturdays.
- There will be no delivery on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Returns
If the products have already been delivered to you, you have a period of 14 days in which you may cancel your order, starting from the day you receive the products.

Exceptions to typical delivery timescales.
We may not be able to do deliveries in areas with security restrictions such as Army Camps, immigration areas within Changi Airport and some off-shore islands. You will be contacted.
