What is the material of this Air Tap®?
This faucet is made of stainless steel, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and durability for long-term use.
Material for internal piping and fitting: 304 Stainless steel
Material for external finish: Brass-chromed
What maintenance is required for this faucet?
To maintain and clean the hand dryer, we recommend the following steps:
External maintenance:
- Best cleaned with a soft dry cloth and neutral detergent. Do not use organic solvents, acid or alkaline toilet cleaner, cleaning brush, etc. Otherwise, it will destroy the machines surface finish and/ or produce discoloration.
- Please turn off the power when removing dirt from the Sensing device.
HEPA and filter cleaning :
- HEPA and filter are cleaned once every 2-3 month according to the usage. It can be washed directly with water, and it must be dried before use.
What is the difference between the Air Tap DW7120, DW7130 and DW7131?
The Air Tap DW7120 has dual blade air more faster dry, but DW7130 and DW7131 has ergonomic design.
What is the advantage of a HEPA filtered hand dryer?
Our HEPA filter hand dryer offers the advantage of improved hygiene and air quality. The integrated HEPA filter efficiently captures and traps airborne particles, including bacteria, dust and allergens, ensuring cleaner and healthier air during the hand drying process. This feature enhances user comfort and promotes a hygienic restroom environment.
Is the Air Tap® waterproof?
Our Air Tap is designed to be water-resistant and can withstand water splashes commonly encountered in restroom environments. However, it is important to note that the hand dryer should not be submerged in water or washed directly with water. While it can handle occasional contact with water, prolonged exposure to water or submersion can damage the electrical components and compromise the performance and safety of the hand dryer.
How far should the hand dryer be installed from the sink countertop?
To ensure optimal performance and user comfort, we recommend installing the hand dryer at a distance of approximately 20cm (8 inches) form the sink countertop. This distance allows for adequate airflow and prevents interference between the hand dryer and the sink area.
What kind of noise does the hand dryer make?
Our Air Tap produce a noise level between 72dB to 82 dB during operation. This noise level is considered moderate and is designed to provide an efficient drying experience while minimizing any disturbance to users.
What voltage does the Air Tap® support?
Our Air Tap support a voltage range of AC220-240V, which is the standard voltage in most residential and commercial settings. Please ensure that your electrical supply falls within this range for proper operation of the Air Tap.
Can Air Tap Wash+Dry be used on any sink?
The Air Tap Wash+Dry is compatible with a majority of sinks except stainless steel sinks. For confirmation and further information, please contract +65 8189 5198.
